Body work pros... more bumper questions.
 

I'm in the process of doing a lot of work to my S4 bumper. Fixing cracks, scratches, gouges and of course the RS4 conversion. I also want to fill my headlight washer holes. The assembly was removed today and the holes are just there. It seems like accessing the holes from the bottom is near to impossible short of removing the rivets which hold the core in place... what would you suggest for filling in the holes?

I'm thinking of cutting a piece of plastic as close to the shape of the hole as possible, and dropping it in from the top and epoxying it into place, then filling/sanding/filling/sanding etc. Ideas?

Making plastic squares for the holes...
 

would be your best bet for a smooth finish for covering the holes.
