Bolt pattern question

i have some questions about the bols pattern whihc is 5x112 which is a rare pattern at least for 19x10. but what will happen if i change all my rotors to bmw e 46 rotors and get 19x10 5x110 BMW wheels? is this a possibility? do i need to change my brake system with this? and is this stable whiel drving? any info will help.TIA

i know there are kits you can put on that will adjust your bolt pattern

I can't remember who makes em tho. Lemme go dig my eurotuner outta the bathroom.

i believe the spacer screws in - i can't find it now, argh. i'll keep lookin.
