One screw at the front on the inside, then it slides back of some plastic clips that are snapped to pins on the door. If the screw just spins it has rusted (they like to do that) and the metal insert in the strip has torn from the rubber. I have gotten them loose by clamping the rubber (vice grip), then turning the screw. Of course if it spins it is an indication that the rubber is rotting and you are on the way to needing a new trim strip. The trim likes to split letting water in, and the steel strip inside rusts, splitting the trim open further, letting more water in and so forth, which is a long way of saying once they start to go they go fast.
