Remove old brake line, install new line, bleed out air. What else did you think you have to do? It's just a brake line.

What size does it have to be? i can't find a place that sells them to size and bent the way it should be?

Are you talking about the hard line or the rubber line?

The hard line. Right where they connect. I had someone pump the brakes and I can see air bubbles and brake fluid coming out between the line and the nut. I tried to tighten it but that was all it would go without me starting to strip it.

Replace the rubber brake hose. It has a seal in it.
