Default Broken rear seat release handle

I guess the previous owner before me popped the handle off(found it on the deck), I put it back on and tried releasing the rear seat and nothing happens. The handle moves freely. It does have locks on both handles but turning the key doesn't do anything. Any Ideas on how to get it down? Im trying to get the deck off to change a blown speaker. Thanks in advance

It is locked? I know mine has a slot to stick the key in.

Might want to try unlocking it if you haven't already.

The actual black release handle is broken off. I tried popping it on and it moves freely with no pressure at all. I tried finding an emergency release and also tried getting a long screwdriver into the latch from the trunk but had no luck.

Ended up giving it another go. Removed the top torx screw and it allowed me to pry it up enough to bend the cushion so i could get pliers in and spin the pin thats inside. Thanks for your help and sorry for the bump
