The warranty is through 1 source auto warranty on the net. I'm buying the car through a private owner and currently the radio does not work.

Did you look at WarrantyDirect.com? (More)
Do a search on Google or some such for Auto Extended Warranty. You should come up with some reviews and things to look for. I researched this with my previous car and found that Warranty Direct was (probably) the best one going.
