Can anyone think of a reason (besides me saying bullshit), why my basically stock turbo and related
 

parts, intake, SMIC, K&N (nothing you say will get me to take it out), and no boost leaks will hold steady at 15 PSI, and peak at 17.1 PSI?

I get an airflow (reported) of 172 g/s as well, run APR v2.0 code, and have an LX turbo (it was replaced in Aug 03).

What are you expecting it to do?

im getting about the same as you, doesnt seem to strange..i boost to about 18 and hold at 15

My APR stg1 was spiking 15-16, holding 13-14 with 160ish g/sec. Different intake/exhaust changed zip

sounds right unless that is redline
 

its a one bar chip and 15psi is really close to 1bar. don't count the spike as anything.

Yeah, I do like supreme-o bragging when I can. Good to know everything is inline and working though.
