Can I swap out my '97 instrument cluster for a newer (99+) instrument cluster?

Default Can I swap out my '97 instrument cluster for a newer (99+) instrument cluster?
I THINK mine is bad and that's why I'm having some window/brake pedal electrical gremlins. Plus, I want the cool digital clock display!
