Default Car dead - basic diagnostic help needed

I put on the following parts this week:

Racetec FMIC
Ported & Polished OEM Exhaust Manifold
APR Turbo Inlet Hose
APR Throttle-Body Hose
SPP EFK

I did a throttle-body adaptation for my GIAC K04 program on Tuesday.

The boost levels have been spiking over 25 psi in hot weather, so I babied the car a bit once I realized there was spiking.

Today I went out for a long drive (on the way to a wedding no less) and opened it up a bit, but not WOT...to see if the boost had settled down. It was a hot day, and I had the AC on (for the wife).

Anyway...about 30 mins into the drive, loss of power. I pull over, and ease the car to a safe spot about 100m down the road. Now the car will only go forward a few feet without stalling. Very rough idle, a little black smoke.

Is this a blown KO4, or worse?

TIA.

Default Check your mass airflow sensor

it's on the throttle body.

Default the MAF is in the airbox, not on the throtle body. you are thnking throtle position sensor maybe?

or MAP sensor, if he has one, 2000+ does, and thats in the intercooler.
