Default CEL Flashing, Replaced Coil Pack, Cylinder 1 Still Not Firing

Replaced all the plugs too. I ran the car, disconnected the coil pack from cylinder one and the tone and mood didn't change. I replaced this pack and all the plugs with NGK Copper 6's and nothing changed. Without a VAG what else can I look for? I was certain it was a coil pack.

I've had all the coils replaced back in the day when the recall came out.

Default I would verify that cylinder #1 is getting spark, then check compression, could also be

a bad or plugged injector.

So I got a VAG and it tell me this:

17536 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
P1128 - 35-00 - -
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-00 - -
16688 - Cylinder 4: Misfire Detected
P0304 - 35-00 - -
16687 - Cylinder 3: Misfire Detected
P0303 - 35-00 - -
16685 - Cylinder 1: Misfire Detected
P0301 - 35-00 - -
16686 - Cylinder 2: Misfire Detected
P0302 - 35-00 - -
17772 - Cylinder 4 Ignition Circuit: Open Circuit
P1364 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

I reset the Codes and ran the car 'cause I don't know when these were thrown and I have this:

2 Faults Found:

16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

P0300 - 35-00 - -

16688 - Cylinder 4: Misfire Detected

P0304 - 35-00 - -

I replaced the Ignition Coil in Cylinder 4 because I already knew it wasn't firing. I also swapped all the plugs. What else can I run now that I have a VAG to help me isolate it?
