Central locking pump...
I can hear my pump cycling for wayyyyy longer than it needs to (about 30 seconds total). It also takes the locks too long to cycle up/down. Is there any way I can alleviate the problem, before my CLP tears itself to pieces and I'm in the hole $300?

this happened to mine,its kinda dificult to explain, but take the pump out, take it apart, (not to complicated) and on mine, it was just an o ring that was bad on the "elevator" witch is the little shaft that moves up and down when you press the button twice to unlook the other doors, its actualy kindof a simple device. but more likely whats going on, and what you chould check first is the vac lines where the doors hinge that go into the door to operate the locks, one probly has atear or hole in it. this wasnt the case on mine, if the pump runs normal when only the drivers door is locked/ unlocked then you know its that one, if not you know its one of the other 3.
