Conrero Pedal Install Write-Up (long)

Well it took a while but finally it's done. Dead Pedal just screws straight in with provided screws..very simple. The next two easy pedals are the clutch and go pedal. As instructed, peeled off rubber coverings and then marked the new hole positions with white-out pen. Used titanium bits and started with the second to the smallest bit and increased sizes a couple more bit sizes. We actually found that if you leave the drill hole small enough, you can just screw the pedals in and no bolt is required from underneath to hold it on from the back (which would have been a pain because of the large bracket holding the pedal to metal rod from above the floor board). Oh..the go pedal has no rubber covering..so you just drill right into it. The brake pedal however was the biggest pain and required a second trip to home depot. There is a hole in the pedal so it is impossible to get both holes of the new pedal to cover two metal parts of the pedal. What we decided to do was use a three washer combination with a 2" #6 bolt for one of the bolts (the upper part of the pedal) and screwed the lower portion directly into the metal just like the other two pedals. They look pretty dope but are sharp as s..t. I'll post some pics soon. Also..we nixed the allen head type bolts that came with the pedals in favor of 1" #8 flat head screws which made screwing them in much easier. Props to my boy Rob D. for all his help.
