After that I used the razor blade again and cut the seam for each of the four leather pieces. After which I had just I triangle of leather like this:

I stretched the leather out and traced the outline on some thick paper. I took a ruler and straightened up my lines a little. I also added 3/8 inch all around for stitching.

I transphered the stencil to the leather and cut it out. I then made sure to take account for the 3/8 inch all around. I happened to have access to an industrial sewing machine, but I am sure a regular sewing machine would work just fine. I stitched on the 3/8 inch lines and I got the following result when finished:

I was supremely impressed with the quality. The lamb skin is much softer and not nearly as thick as the factory leather. I still have a bunch of lamb skin laying around. If anyone wants one I can make about 3 to 4 more for $30 shipped. It will cost you about that much to do it yourself if you like.
