Default dead battery/dead turbo timer

last week, i posted regarding jump starting my car and then the turbo timer was dead (maybe due to a blown fuse from the jump as someone suggested)

Well, since then i had to jump start my car a few times (time for a new battery)....but when I jumped it today...i was quite surprise to see that my turbo timer turned back on....not that i'm complaining....but can someone explain this?

Default Could be a breaker inside the turbo timer.

or it just had a bad ground and the last time you jumped it caused it to turn back on.
