Discount on A4
 

I just came back from Steven's Creek Audi and they told me there would be no discount on all A4, order or not. My girlfriend bought her 1.8T in '97 and they gave her $1700 off at the time. Does anyone know any dealers around Bay Area that will give reasonable deal?

How about Cutter Motors (Santa Barbara)?
 

I think they are a banner advertiser here. A few months ago, I contacted Jon Shafer by e-mail, and he told me he would do $1200 over invoice (plus the dealer advertising fee) for an ordered A4.

At least you have more than one dealer in your area. Up here in Portland, OR we only have one dealer (a good one though). I only got $1,000 below MSRP on my A4 2.8QMSA (A for all weather package). Which isn't bad considering that they have no competition in the area.

The dealer in Colorado Springs, CO quoted me $1500 off any vehicle, on the lot or ordered, because he offers this same deal through Autobytel.com. That is nowhere near you but it would make a nice road trip back through the Rockies. The dealer may tell you something different. Just a thought.<p>parkerpt<br>1.8T qms
