Do all major OEM Audi parts (body parts, major engine parts, etc.) come from Europe?

Do all major OEM Audi parts (body parts, major engine parts, etc.) come from Europe?
The reason I'm asking is, I'm switching insurance companies, and they want me to sign a letter stating that no parts will have to be imported from the US in case a repair is needed under the insurance policy.
The reason they want this is that the car is a US-spec, and they're afraid it'll be very costly to fix if some parts would have to come from the US. But I'm thinking this is a non-issue, since even though it's a US-spec car, all the parts come from Europe anyway, right? Stuff like bumpers, which are longer and reinforced for the US market still come from Europe, don't they? I can't think of any single part that would have to be sourced from the US.
