DON ROSEN AUDI/PORSCHE in Plymouth Meeting, PA

NEVER, EVER ever buy a car from these morons!!

Because I still have flashbacks and I count recount the story with a sedative
nearby, I will spare you the gory details of what happened when I tried to purchase
my car from this dealer. TWO WEEKS of negotiations it took. THREE missed
delivery dates!!! And when I was ready to walk and go to YBH - "Oh please
please, we want you as a customer what can we do to make it right?!" -
SO i got a car, a headache and a couple free details from this dealer.

three months later - time for 5k service..... I call my sales rep...lets call her D.

She doesn't even have the common courtesy to call me back her own damn self, but
gets the service department to return my call.

Ok, maybe I am wrong- maybe I bought a VW for 30 ****in thousand dollars and
had someone glue four rings on to it!! I THOUGHT that audi was geared at
pleasing the customer. I THOUGHT audi was a great car.

So, I go in for service - I needed to get my windsheild replace because a pebble
flew off the road and cracked it.....
Take the car in for service, everything was great, couldn't have been nicer - got
a nice loaner all that good stuff.

They tell me it will take two days - "fine" I say - as long as they do it right, it can
take ten days!
They call me that same day -"Car is ready!!"

So.. I go in this morning to pick up my car -
and they pull up this dirty car with four big black pieces of tape on the
windsheild!!!!!!

I was under the impression that audi washed and vaccumed your car after
service -I'd hope so.

So - "fine," i say " what the hell is that black stuff on the window"

"oh - yeah - the window hasn't set yet - you have to leave tape on for another day
or so - thats why I couldn't wash it. Couldn't get the seals wet...."

"whatever" I say...


Why didn't you cheap bastards keep the friggin' car here another day and take car
of that ****!!
So then I get in the car -
first thing i notice is all this paperwork and **** on the seat. Second thing I
notice is the smudges and **** on my mirror
Third thing I notice is how nice it is to be back in my audi.
Fourth thing I notice is the dirt and **** smudged on my dash!!!!

Listen - I don't think I'm asking for too much here. Good, courteous, common
sense Service!!!

Clean up after yourselves!!!
So they throw me another detail.

whooop dee ****in doo - These guys give out details like they're candy

Who's there
It's me mike - dressed up like a jackass trick or treat
Here jackass here's your detail, now go bother someone else
hee-haw hee-haw

The dealer owes me a detail, Don Rosen himself owes me a detail, and now the
service department owes me a detail.

I can clean and detail my car a hell of a lot better than you freakin morons,
How bout throwin some professionalism this way.

and then - then there is audi/vw credit - ohhhh don't get me started on those fools.
Three times I had to call them, wait on their hold and change my address THREE
TIMES.

Well, I've called credit three times, have three free details -
Three's a charm - maybe i should have bought a mitsubishi (three
diamonds)

......and if one more weenie-*** chick car for probe cuts me off or tries to race
me I am going to follow his joey bagadonuts *** home and beat him like a Ho!!

hiroshi seemed really cool.. hes a a4 avant owner.. and he was also at the bellavia meeting this past weekend. i wouldve purchased my a4 from him but i moved back to NYC right before i was to order it.
hiroshi, please help michael, i know you can..
