Door lock problems - Need help
Hello guys.
I have remote central locking issue on my 98 B5 Audi A4.
I can lock and unlock using remote but only front Driver side is working properly. What should I do for other three doors?
I could hear pump working sound when I using remote. Should I change door actuators?

Hello.
No, other doors except Driver door are not locked and unlocked even I double click remote, push lock and unlock button inside and turned key twice.
The driver side door could lock and unlock as well with remote and inside lock and unlock button.

Hmm, this is an interesting problem but I must confess to not having troubleshooting experience with the central locking system. I did look up some info for you which suggests checking the fuse and electrical connections, including grounds first. It's common for wires to break between the body and the door from constant flexing but I would imagine that the drivers door would be the most susceptible which is working for you. If the individual door lock solenoids are getting power in both the lock and the unlock positions then yes, the solenoid(s) should be replaced. If there is no power to the affected door solenoid, the central module could be at fault, which must be diagnosed with a scan tool. You may have to bring it in to Audi to have it checked out.
Troubleshooting info in the Bentley manual says that if the car has been parked for a lengthy time and/or after replacing the central locking system pump, the central locking system will not function properly until prompted repeatedly. Also, if you hear the pump run for more than 5 seconds there is a leak in the system.
Maybe someone here on the forum with experience with this issue will be able to give you some input. Let us know how it goes.
