Default Drive shaft or transmission tail shaft noise

Ok, so I have searched and found some related articles and I am pretty sure I know what the problem is, I would just like to get some feedback on the problem and see if everyone else thinks the same.

So the other day I started getting a clanking sound just under the shifter when I let off the throttle or start slowing down and occasionally while I am under slight throttle. It has gotten extremely bad within the last couple of days and tonight while coming to a stop, the whole car shuddered. It is hard to tell where the noise is coming from exactly, but I know it's coming from either the driveshaft where it connects to the tail of the trans, or it's coming from the tail shaft or tail shaft bearing.

what's everyone else's thoughts?

Has to be more than out of balance if it’s squeeling and clunking

ere is a seal in back of transmission it’s worn from the driveshaft being out of balance causing the squeaking and the clanking is caused by the driveshaft being out of balance causing the bearing to slap between the the driveshaft and the reared replacethe seal and and the bearing that is t shaped and have your driveshaft balanced and all will be great again the seal and bearing will cost 35-45$ at Oriellys auto part or AutoZone some transmission shops will balance driveshaft for free
