E-Brake no longer "locks" in place, anyone encounter this before? Procedure to fix? Suggestions?

Take out the center console, then the brake handle will be totally exposed...
Then you should be able to see what is causing the problem. Probably the little clip that keeps it in the lock position has fallen out or is mis adjusted.
