e code question
finally got them installed and tried to aim them, i aim them both the right height, however , if i'm standing in front of the car about 15 to 20 feet away, it seems that the driver side light is pointed upwards as it's brighter than the passenger side. as i start to kneel down while looking at the lights , about 4 to 5 inches down, then the passenger side brightness matched the driver side as far as it seemed to be leveled. i'm worried that the driver side may blind uncomming cars. any suggestions, if i adjust the passenger side to match the driver side,it throws off the beam pattern.
