Default rubbing like noise at front right side

Manual car. Had this noise for a while. The car had the noise when it goes, becoming evident from around 25-30 mph, and the rhyme follows the rotation of the wheels, like something is rubbing when the wheel is at a certain position. The noise is there with the clutch pressed or released, in any gear, or not in gear at all. By the beginning, the car also vibrated badly when braking. I replaced the front brake rotors. The vibration is gone. But the noise is still there. Now I replaced the semi-axle at that side (the outer CV-joint boot was torn), the whole front control arm set (a few rubber boot was broken, and the right side tie-rod end was bad) followed by an alignment. The noise is still there!!! Any idea? Thanks.

EDITED:

Wheel bearing? Sound like this:

Can anyone confirm?

Thanks
