Default electrical issues (2000 1.8t)

I was messing around underneith my knee bolster and now I have no wipers, no turn signals, no heater, no rear def., and no fogs...is there a relay that controls all these? I checked all the fuses, they are fine, but I am not getting power to those imparticular fuses, so its not a common ground issue? any ideas?

I think its a relay, but I cannot find out which one, Bently is not telling me much, it doesnt even show a relay diagram...

Default Fog relay is behind the glove box and the turn signals work off of the hazard relay.

Sounds like you blew a fuse so you might want to recheck them. When you say "not getting power" to a few fuses, do you mean that neither side of the fuse has power while the car is running?

Default I'll check the relay behind the glove box

the fuses are fine, when I say there is no power, I mean, there is no voltage even attempting to get TO the fuse...
