engine shuts off while driving

engine shuts off while driving
Yesterday I was driving home and my engine cut off then ofcourse jumpsarted right back up.
I have a 99.5 manual transmission with an APR chip.
I am guessing this may be electrical and I am not too worries because it started right up,but I don't want this to grow into a real problem.
Check engine light came on briefly but only while engine was off.
