Extended Warrantee...... Worth it when buying outright and wanting to keep the car for the long haul???? (more)
Thoughts on buying extended warranttees for a brand new A4 ........ .expecially when considering on keeping it for the long haul.......<p>Waste of cash or a good idea considering the cost of potential repairs on a quattro A4 TIP.........<p><br>Tom

I would wait to buy an extended warranty for about 1 year or so. If for some rare reason the car turns out to have lots of problems you may want to get another. Personally, I plan on getting one later this year. I plan on getting a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty. There are a lot of companies out there so shop around. Go to askjeeves.com and ask Where can I get an automobile extended warranty? and then start shopping. I plan on keeping my A4 for a long time also. Great car. <br>David Hess <br>98.5 2.8QSTip
