Well, the engine is still actually running like a top but when I put a new valve cover on I noticed pitting taking place on the exhaust cam and the cam followers. I really expected more from Schrick. Intake looks perfect. All of this has happend within the last 2,000 miles. I had cam cover off at that time I everything was good then. I wonder if I can run a hybrid setup, Schrick intake cam and stock exhaust cam? I will not be replacing with Schricks again! Time to talk to Momentum Motors in Canada. They have been installing custom Piper cams in some of their customer cars. Oh, by the way- cam followers are about $37 a piece from dealer. $750 a set of twenty. I have found a place that will sell me OEM cam followers for $21/piece. Still high but almost half off. Some of these dealers are really high!
