Tires have about 19.5k on them and I am wondering if I can just replace the flat one? The car does have Quattro..

Yep, there is lots o' misinformation. Just get a used tire from the "for sale" with roughly the same depth of wear (mileage is too variable).

Torsen is REALLY robust and you could easily get away with a full-tread depth tire, but the handling would be unpredicatable at the limit.

Toresen can handle a huge diameter differential, just look at the spare. And, production tire roundness is actually quite variable, even within the same lot. Mold goups can vary dramatically.
