Fluid Changes - what and how often?

I've heard voices telling me to drain some fluids (i.e. hydraulic fluid) every once in a while.
If so, which ones and how often?

Come on Ray, the owners' manual is a joke. Antifreeze is "permanent"? No mention , not one,

about changing fluids in the trans. or quattro etc. They don't even tell you what kind of fluids are in there. Then Audi doesn't even know the right capacities of the crankcase. Wow what an owners' manual. This manual has the least information and most errors of any manual I've ever read. I used mine for toilet paper when I ran out. Ouch, not even good for that.
