do all '99s have the late style (wider) moldings, (rounded) door handles, and (rectangular) side markers? also, what is the silver paint code for 99s? same as 2000s and up? thanks.

nope...there's a difference.
 

early 99's are the same as 98.5's 2pc lights, square side markers, rectangle door handles, older red/smoke taillights, and silver has a bluish tint.

99.5 changed to the phatter door moldings, round door handles, etc and comes in a truer silver (lake silver)
