Forge BPV question
 

there are 2 types of BPV:
Forge 006 Dump/Diverter Valve
Forge 007P Dump/Diverter Valve

which one is easier to install ? they said the 007 is the smaller version for smaller areas.....

just get the TT valve...spending $150 on a DV is not worth it

I installed the Forge BPV this weekend...
 

Was not fun. The gasket clamps that are in place are not reusuable so I had to go to pepboys to buy new clamps. The originals had teeth slots to hold them on. I bought the ones that used a screw to tighten. Good thing I had another car to get there. There is not much room to move you hands around in there.

how much is the TT DV? which TT, the 180 or the 225?

225..part # ends in 110 I think...$22

thanks, do you know if it will fit a 97 1.8T...
 

i heard the 97 DV is located in a different location than later models.

even though the location is different, I'm sure it's the same part
