Forum suggestion / new msgs to top!
One of the problems with the Forum is that new messages don't update the time/date of a thread. So even if a discussion is lively and active, it gradually gets pushed to the nether-reaches of the site.
Sometimes I post a follow-up to a message that is on page #2, and I'm sure that very few people will ever find it. As a suggestion, why not change the ordering of threads so that threads with the newest message move to the top, even if the topic is old. |
You have to use/try the new forum site. all those features are available.
it's still being "tested", but is relatively common knowledge here....<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/forum/m.new/a4/">New forum link</a></li></ul>

Already handled!
Use the new beta testing forum!
If there are discussions you have been involved in, they will automatically go to the top for YOU if they have any more activity. You can also choose the track a thread (TT) if you want to follow it if discussion continues. (Thread is automatically tracked if you reply in the thread somewhere) |
Looks the same to me. BTW your new handle without the dots is s__t :)
|
I thought that you had to deliberately choose "Track Thread" to track it?
I didn't think that there was any automatic tracking enabled.
I won't choose to track this one, and then I'll see if it gets tracked. |
Ah-hah...found the option under my Preferences.
|
It's automatically tracked if you post to the thread...
