Gear re-syncing...
 

Im just checking if this is right. But to do quick re-sync is it 4-3-2-1, with the clutch in?

No one does this every so often?
 

Guess you folks don't like ur syncros that much...

Wha? Did a salesman tell you to do that?
 

If you're coming to a stop, and are in 4th gear, it's best to put the clutch in and shift into 2nd before going into 1st.

Theres no need to "re-sync" the synchros.

it may be old school car knowledge, I forget where I got it. But I'm talking about at a stand still, putting the clutch in, and going from 4 to 3 to 2 to 1. To re-allign syncros or something. I notice that if I have a hard time getting into reverse or first, after I do this, it makes it much easier. that goes for all the manuals my family owns (3).

Sometimes putting it in 2nd before 1st or reverse will help....
 

but that probably has more to do with adjusting the shaft speeds then it does aligning synchros.
