Germany to Port in San Diego - How Long?

that sound quick to me too... considering...
say a freighter can move at 45 mph, which is damn fast.. 45x10daysx24 hours 10800 miles. does he mean once freighter docks in say new york, and takes 10 days to be trucked to san diego?

I ordered 1st week of March, was told approx 3 months to delivery - which would be NOW! The dealer got the VIN on or around 05/24, and told me the car wasn't leaving port in Germany until 06/04 or 06/05 (which sounds like a long time sitting around waiting for a boat). Then he said 10 days to San Diego, which sounds too damn quick.

My dealer said it's two weeks from Germany to the port in Georgia, than about a week on the truck to his lot. The wait for your car to be built is actually the longest part. They can build a car in a day, it just depends on how far back in the line your car's chassis is.
