Getting windshield replaced. They are asking if I want green on green or green on grey glass....
What is the OEM color? Green on green right?
Has anyone replaced with green on grey? How do you like it?
Also, they use PPG glass, not OEM. They can order OEM Audi glass, but it takes longer. I'm thinking of just going with the PPG glass because the OEM glass had a lot of distortion along the bottom anyway. Anyone have PPG glass? Is it at least as good as OEM?

I had mine replaced with green on gray (more)
But my car is a black 99.5, so it had a gray band of tint across the top from the factory. Whatever you do, check the windshield before they take out your old one and make sure it's the one you want/ordered. I didn't and they used a green on green (green band of tint across the top), and I just now got them to replace it with the correct (green on gray) one.
That being said:
green on green = green band of tint across the top
green on gray = light gray band of tint across the top
That being said:
green on green = green band of tint across the top
green on gray = light gray band of tint across the top
