GIAC program question, Please read on and Help!

the chip has a marking on it
PGL 30X1003A MC

could you guys tell me what program is this?
and also is it compatible with
an 8DO 907 557P ECU?

Your help is much appreciated. Car runs like crap (still) so I'm trying to rule out possibilities.
