Default Grrr, stuck with POS Pontiac Sunfire loaner at least through Monday.

I guess since it's not my car I can't perform the "rip off all the flimsy, hideous plastic body cladding" mod like I want to. I think I might just have to go with the "fumigate the smelly cloth seats" mod anyway, though.

My friend with a Golf got a new Jetta VR6 loaner from his dealer, and another friend with a Passat got a B5 Passat wagon. What gives with Audi? I guess I shoulda gone with Piech's new luxury brand instead.

All this started when Rockville POS installed a new temperature sensor, which somehow lead to a sudden rupture in the coolant system after 5 miles of driving.

Grumble grumble,

Dan

Default D*mned straight!

They screwed up my car, they have a zillion Porsches and Audis on the lot just waiting to be driven, and they give me what???

Actually I'm going to be out of town for the weekend so I don't really care, but it's hard standing among all those beautiful cars while they roll out the old GM beater for me. You know, I'd settle for a 1.8T. I'm not proud. ;-)

Default Turbo failure.

Waiting on a decision from AoA to assist in repair costs. $1950 so far (estimated). Failure due to clogged oil supply lines we think. *twiddling thumbs*

I had that as an option, but they gave me a Grand Am first. It was a smoker, I demanded a new one.
