i just noticed this plug hanging below my bumper and have no clue what it is for? it has a plastic round like plug-in on the end but i can not find where it goes it has a broken clamp that would hook to a hose on the bottom of the radiator?? any ideas?

I think that is the outside tem sensor. I know what you are talking about but never sure what it was

zip tie it to the power steering cooler, or re-clip it there if it didn't break off.
