Harness problem?

Harness problem?
I was sitting at a stoplight on the way to work, and my car (1997 Audi A4 1.8Tq-m) started idling really rough. Then My CEL came on, and threw the 16684(Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected) and 16686(Cylinder 2 Misfire detected). Checking with my VAGCOM I saw that the 2nd cylinder was NOT firing, and the others were working fine.
I have tried swapping the plugs, coilpacks, and injectors, and the problem is still with the 2nd cylinder every time. I thought that the problem was with my harness, so I tried the output test on the injectors. It ended up getting a signal to the 2nd cylinder injector.
My only guess at this point is that the harness wires connected to the 2nd cylinder coilpack are fried. Does anyone know how to test to see if I am getting a signal to the second cylinder coilpack? Any suggestions on where to go from here?
