Has anyone installed the SPP FMIC yet? If so, how does it compare to the EvoMS one?

Does the SPP FMIC fit under Stock Bumper?

and yes it fits behind the stock bumper with no problems. My particular SPP FMIC is one of the originals so its not exactly what the final release looks like. Here is a picture of their latest FMIC they used for production and testing. As you can see the End tanks are symmetricaland it will come with mounting brackets with a provision for an optional oil cooler that they are designing for it.

Does it function in tandem with the stock"OEM" Intercooler or independently?

if you look at the picture you will see it comes with a pipe that by passes the stock ic.
