Headlights don't work

Headlights don't work
I have a '98 A4 2.8.
My headlights (low beams and fog lights) went out. The brights come on if I pull the wiper lever toward's me, but not if I throw the headlight switch on and push in the wiper lever. The indicator doesn't even turn on. The parking lights and the buzzer work, but not the lights.
Is there a relay for the headlights that could have blown? I can't seem to find a good relay map anywhere.
Holding my brights on while driving at night is getting old. Does anyone have advice?

Re: Do a search, some ppl experience this in colder weather. Most likely the headlight switch. The
Well, the weather definately is not cold. It was over 80F today. This happened about a week ago. I tried to turn on my lights, and only the parking lights came on. I turned the switch off and then on again and the headlights came on. I drove a little while, parked, and when I came back to my car the lights never came on again.
It could be the switch. But everything else get's power. Is there a large contact that supplies power to the parking lights and the headlights at the same time?

Not sure about the design, but these were the symptons that everyone was seeing. The contacts for
headlights might need to be cleaned or the switch could be toast. Try holding the high beams on while flickering the headlight switch on and off. See if that does anything. If so, it may be the contacts.
