heater core problem

hy guys,
i got a problem of heater core in my audi a4b5 1997 model. also my ac not working. i fill the gas twisely and it work for few days after gas finish. so do u thing that it is because of heater core is leakage. i already bypass the hose pipe to the engine but still i got a problem for gas leakage. is any one know that both heater core and ac related to each other ?

Heater core is separate. You have a leak in the AC system. You probably need a new AC evaporator. May as well do both the evap and the heater core at the same time.

Agree.

What year is your A4, pretty common on the early models.
