Heater problems
After turning my heater on for the first time of the season, i realized it wasn't working. It only blows cold air. I have a '99 1.8t. Two months ago i had some work done on the car, and the shop replaced the thermostat housing cover, would this have messed anything up on my heater? If not, what else could be the problem?

you want a solution not a reply with the same problem, I posted about my problem too. I took the car from FL where i never tried the heat to up north and what i found out is that ( I really dont know if Im right but not many people have any understanding of this car even in here) but it is warm when it is cold and on high and eventually warms the car to a comfortable temp. I think that the audi climate control wont blow super high heat but rather controls its output to a regular air temp, i dont see why mine would work enough to make me comfortable but never too hot. Try it on high, it wil be warm but not heat like in a GM.
