You need to pull the heater core hose and see if there is any coolant coming through the hc.
Don't do this when the car is hot...you'll burn yourself. You want to locate and remove the outlet hose (I think it's the one on the pass side). Cap off the exposed hose, and run the engine with the heat on high. If coolant fails to flow out of the heater core, I would turn off the engine, remove the inlet hose, and rig up a garden hose to the outlet pipe and back flush the crap that's stuck in the heater core.
If coolant does flow out of the heater core, then you need to start looking at the flaps that control the air mix in the cabin. For whatever reason, 1 or more of them are jammed, and it's not mixing in enough hot air.

Yeah, quit hitting on my sister! :-)
She's new to Audi's but I've had several over the last few years. This problem has me stumped so I told her to post here. I'm over in the UrS car forum mostly.
It seems like a stuck thermostat or low coolant level, but the coolant temps seems to be normal and the coolant tank is full.
