Default Help! Car stalls when coming to a stop..

Just started happening today..stalls when slowing down or coming to a stop. Had it towed home today

What should I do? The tow guy said it may be the "crank sensor".. I have to start it and gun it really quick in order to move...once I come to a traffic light, again stalls, sometimes I have to start it three times or so...then as long as I'm moving it's ok. I was thinking of calling Jack Daniels Audi in the morning, but I know I'll Have warranty problems with my T-28. Sh*t! What should I do..please anyone...

Thanks in advance.

Runs fine except it won't idle? Does it do it hot or cold?

Default well it was hot today..doesn't idle..once I get it going, it's ok

I stopped at the toll and it stalled twice. Got it started, gunned it real quick...ran fine once I got it going..until I came to the next toll, same thing...completely stalled. I would slow down to get to the toll, could hear that it was going to stall..tried to give it some gas, then it wouldnt stall, but I had to stop for the toll..and it stalled again. Started it back up, gunned it again...and she was fine. Any ideas? I'm desperate..not sure if I should bring it to Audi or not, I'm sure they'll say I voided the warranty. Thanks in advance !!

Default You never know about warranty help. Depends on the dealer. Mine would have helped if it was an un-

related part (I say would because I'm off warranty now).
What plugs you running and at what gap? How long has the kit been in? Did this just start or has the idle been getting a little more ragged over time? Run 100% okay at WOT?
A few things to check:
Pull the plugs and see if they look okay or are fouled.
Look for vacuum leaks on the ALL the hoses.
Look for a loose connection on the turbo out line to the throttle body.
You running a boost gauge? If so what is idle vacuum?

almost certain thats a vacuum leak, check all the skinny hoses attached to the intake manifold

Default Yea. devilsfan spray some starter fluid around your hoses with the engine running. If you hear

it rev then you found a crack in a vac. hose that is sucking in the starter fluid.
