Help me solve the mystery of the CD Changer
I've searched the archives but I can't find what I'm looking for.
I am bidding on a CD changer posted in an eBay auction. There is a photo of the CD changer, it looks like the factory audi CD changer (has rings embossed on it, etc.). I need to verify that it will work in my '96 A4 with a Delta head unit. The only problem is the part number listed on the changer is a Volkswagen part number (1HM 035 111). I know the audi part number for the audi CD changer is 4DO 035 111.
does anyone have a cd changer in thier 96 with a delta head unit with this crazy VW part#??
