HELP! New Problem
OK,
I have a '96 A4 Quattro 2.8
About four months ago I replaced the driver side axle with a used axle. I have a new problem. I found the passenger outer cv boot was cracked. I finally got around to getting a reman axle. I put it in yesterday and I still have a speed (Not RPM) related vibration when I steer just left of center that I thought was related to the passenger side bad axle. When I speed up, the vibration gets a higher pitch. Could the first axle (Used) be bad? What else should I be looking for? Baby on the way soon!
