Default help with o2 sensor!

the check engine light came on a few weeks ago in my '97 a4 2.8L. I took it to my local dealer and they looked at it, diagnosed the problem as a fault with the O2 sensor, and "re-set" the sensor. The light went off for about a day then came back on. I have a friend who is a technician and is willing to replace the sensor I just need to determine which sensor it is. is there anyway to find out which it is without using an expensive testing device? also, can anyone recommend an online store where I could get a new O2 sensor for relatively cheap? thank you very much.

Default Kragen should have your Bosch O2 sensors.....replace them both

as the other one is probably going to go as well in the not too distant future....

Default use the Vag locator. A Vag will tell you exactly which O2 sensor is faulty as the codes are pretty

specific for the O2 sensors. discountoxygensensors.com has pretty good prices

based on his id I'd say he has more than two O2 sensors

Default those are good prices.....i'm guessing safe bet is the ORIGINAL connecter?

UNIVERSAL is -$50 but, the words universal & Audi should not be used in the same sentence
