HELP? Turbo blew? Rough idle, blinking CEL, rough drive...

I just started my car, and the car started to shake a lot. The CEL blinks, and i drove about 2 blocks and quit because the drive was soo rough. Did my turbo blow?

Please help

I just had the same problem but it was ignition control unit $250 part $150labor

labor? all you have to do is unscrew the old one and slap on the new one. definetly DIY.

I dont have the diagnostic tools you need to figure out what thing needs to be unscrewed
