Help on upgrading halogen bulbs

I burned out a bulb, so thought might as well buy a better one.
Right now, am choosing between Philips Bluevision or All Weather. According to the All Weather description on autolamps-online.com, having yellow light is better during bad weather conditions. Does that imply that Bluevision, since it replicates "white light", would be a poor choice in case of bad weather? One additional complication is how the fog light affects all of this.

Also, when replacing bulbs, do you have to replace all (low, high, parking, maybe fog lights??), or can you just replace the low (which is what burned out for me), since I hardly use the high beams anyway?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You can replace the Low Beam seperate from everything else

But Philips website does not advise that, or is it just a marketing ploy?

Correction...

If you change the type of bulb in the low beam you must change the other low beam as well. You don't need to change the fog light bulbs.

Excerpt from Philips website regarding this

To achieve the best possible effect it is recommended to convert the complete headlamp i.e. low & high beam plus parking light to BlueVision. Non BlueVision parking lights will appear dull and yellow when used in conjunction with BlueVision headlamps.

So does changing only the low beams make it look weird? Or is it just a preference issue?
