my sterling wheel is shaking really bad at low speed now... what could be wronG??

Bent rim or out of alignment. Almost for sure.

I checked the rim...it was actually ok... i think..

Jack-up car, spin wheels, look at outer edges on front & back...

If no wobbles, the wheels are OK. You'll need an allignment to get smooth again.
